Peer Review Process
Eduvista: Journal of Education and Innovation implements a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of all published manuscripts.
Initial Evaluation
All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial team to determine their suitability with the journal’s aims and scope, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and overall academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without proceeding to external review.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial evaluation are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s subject area. The identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and objectivity.
Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on the following criteria:
- Originality and contribution to educational knowledge and innovation
- Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope
- Significance and practical implications of the research
- Theoretical and methodological rigor
- Quality of data analysis and interpretation
- Clarity of presentation and organization
- Quality and relevance of references
- Compliance with ethical research standards
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team may decide to:
- Accept the manuscript
- Accept with minor revisions
- Request major revisions
- Reject the manuscript
The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
Revision Process
Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments and recommendations. Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within the timeframe specified by the editorial office. The revised version may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.
Review Timeline
The average review process takes approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability, the responsiveness of authors during revision, and the complexity of the manuscript.
Publication Integrity
The journal is committed to maintaining fairness, confidentiality, transparency, academic independence, and research integrity throughout the peer-review process. All editorial decisions are made based solely on scholarly merit and the contribution of the manuscript to the advancement of education and innovation.
Reviewer Recognition
Reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the quality of published research. The journal highly appreciates the voluntary contributions of reviewers and is committed to ensuring a professional, respectful, and ethical review environment.
