Authors retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing their manuscripts in the journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

All articles published in Mishkat: Journal of Theology and Civilization are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, readers are free to:

Mishkat: Journal of Theology and Civilization provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
