Financial literacy is important for university students because the ability to understand and manage finances may influence how they make financial decisions in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the financial management behavior of students in the Digital Office Management program at Universitas Airlangga. A quantitative associative study was conducted with 64 students from the 2024–2025 cohorts selected through purposive sampling, with data collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. Financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior (B = 0.283; t = 3.580; p < 0.001), with an R² of 0.171, indicating that financial literacy explained 17.1% of the variance in financial management behavior. This finding contributes to the development of research on financial behavior among non-economic vocational students and highlights the importance of strengthening financial literacy to support students’ financial management practices.
