Conflicts in academic interactions require students to possess emotional intelligence to respond appropriately and constructively to differences. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on conflict management styles among students of the Digital Office Management Study Program at Universitas Airlangga. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed with 62 students selected through purposive sampling, while the data were analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on conflict management styles, with a regression coefficient of 0.299, a t-value of 2.687, and a significance level of 0.009. The regression model was also significant based on an F-value of 7.221 with a significance level of 0.009, although emotional intelligence explained only 10.7% of the variance in conflict management styles. This study contributes to the literature on emotional intelligence and conflict management in vocational higher education, particularly among Digital Office Management students.
