The organizational environment is a potential factor influencing the performance of student organization members. This study aims to analyze the effect of the organizational environment on the performance of HIMA members at Universitas Airlangga. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 62 respondents, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that the organizational environment has a positive and statistically significant relationship with member performance (B = 1.463; β = 0.610; p < 0.001), explaining 37.2% of the variance in performance (R² = 0.372). These findings suggest that a better organizational environment is associated with higher member performance. However, 62.8% of the variance is not explained by the model. This study contributes empirical evidence to research on student organizations by clarifying the relationship between the organizational environment and member performance. Practically, the findings provide a basis for evaluating facilities, comfort, and interpersonal relationships to support the implementation of organizational programs.
